If you’re an energetic self-starter, people-focused, and organized, this role is your chance to make a real impact at the center of Princeton’s table tennis community.
What You’ll Do:
-
Drive new membership growth through outreach, tours, and follow-ups with prospective members
-
Manage member communications, inquiries, and registrations for programs, lessons, and events
-
Support front desk operations — scheduling, payments, and daily coordination
-
Maintain accurate membership and program records using club management software
-
Assist with pro shop operations including sales, inventory tracking, and special orders
-
Partner with the GM on marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and social media posts
-
Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure smooth delivery of programs, tournaments, and events
-
Event Support & Coordination: Assist with events, tournaments, etc., to create strong member experiences and drive retention.
-
Provide feedback and ideas to improve processes and enhance member satisfaction
What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in sales or member services or sales, ideally within a club or sports facility.
-
Strong customer service and persuasive communication skills — in person, by phone, and/or email
-
Professional demeanor, approachable and customer centric attitude
-
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to proactively manage multiple priorities
-
Proficient with computers and systems (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
-
Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week and weekends based on club activities
-
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred /Bonus Skills:
-
Interest in or familiarity with table tennis, fitness, or recreational sports
-
Experience with club management or CRM software
-
Social media or email marketing experience (Instagram, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.)
Why This Role Matters:
This role is essential to Princeton Pong’s next stage of growth. By providing dedicated support for members, operations, and outreach, you’ll help free the GM to focus on strategic initiatives — while ensuring every member and guest feels valued, engaged, and excited to return.
Your efforts directly impact our ability to grow membership, enhance service, and build a thriving table tennis community.
